You can permanently delete the account yourself in Rismal:
This deletes your authentication account, profile, synchronized plant collection, cloud photos, journal, community publications, comments, votes, reports, bookmarks, and notification records. Local data remaining on a device can be removed by clearing Rismal storage or uninstalling the app.
If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address used for your Rismal account. Include only the account email; never send your password.
Requests will be verified and processed within 30 days. Records tied only to staff admin/editor accounts (plant-card AI-generation history and related cost records) may be kept with the direct account link removed rather than deleted outright, as described in the Privacy Policy.
